Erroneous data noticed in HerpSexDet v.1.1.
We just learned that the GSD type (ZW/ZZ) of Pangshura smithii, that was identified based on karyotype analyses c.a. 40 years ago, has not been supported in a more recent study where various methods failed to identify sex chromosomes in this species. See Mazzoleni et al (2019) for details. We will update this information in the next release of HerpSexDet.
